The Foundations of Radiochronobiology is an open-access review that bridges radiation biology and chronobiology. The knowledge base elucidates the molecular links between radiation effects, circadian orchestration, cellular functions, and disease phenotypes. The review focuses on the hallmarks of radiation responses and takes stock of the state of knowledge across peer-reviewed, cross-disciplinary publications.
